2. Statutory right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the Netherlands, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (VibeTracker B.V., hello@vibetracker.com) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by email). You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but it is not obligatory.

3. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us). Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment you used, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

4. Returning the goods

Only unopened boxes are accepted for return.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you communicated your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

5. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Services fully performed with your consent before the withdrawal period has expired.
  • Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, if performance has begun with your prior consent and acknowledgment of losing the right of withdrawal.

6. Voluntary returns policy

In addition to your statutory rights, we may offer a more flexible returns window for specific promotions or holiday periods. Any such terms will be communicated clearly at the time of purchase.

7. Legal guarantee

This Refund & Withdrawal Policy does not affect your legal rights regarding defective or non- conforming goods. Under EU and Dutch law, consumers have a minimum two-year legal guarantee.
