with Sleep
This is day 3 of this masterclass, and today we are going to talk about sleep.
I'm have been tracking my sleep for about 4 years with an oura ring, and this gave me some interesting insights for my sleep patterns. Also among my friends are a lot of biohackers, like leading expert on this subject in the UK, my friend Tim Grey.
I've always took my sleep very serious, but when I dove deeper into the subject of vibration and I uncovered how much influence it has on vibration...
... I went on to optimize it even further.
Sleep is a very interesting topic and something I'm passionate about, partly because of the connection you can get to your subconscious and the quantum field, plus also I love to be in a dream state, and uncover my dreams in the "other world". I hope you enjoy this module as much as I had making it. 🙂
