This is day 2 of the masterclass, and today we are going to learn what kind of influence nutrition has on your vibration.
I'm eating about 10+ years organic food, and I'm carefully look where my food is coming from. I also have my own farm where we grow a lot of fruits and vegetables ourself. Almost all food that I eat is freshly cooked with ingredients that I can pronounce.
This have made a very big impact on my vibration, without me even knowing about how vibration works in the first place. I'm very happy that I started eating like this from my own intuition.
In the first video in this module we are going to talk about why diets are not important when you are going to work on your vibration. Also we are going to discuss food that you wouldn't want to eat (so much) in video 2 and food that you want to eat more of in video 3. In the last video I'm going to give you some tips and tricks you might not suspect when it comes to raise your vibration through food.
