2. Standard return window
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with a Product, you may request a return within 90 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@vibetracker.com with your order details.
3. Conditions for returns
To be eligible for a refund:
- The Product must be returned in its original condition, with all packaging, accessories and manuals included.
- We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned Product shows signs of damage, misuse, or wear not due to our error.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless otherwise agreed.
4. Refund process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
5. Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sealed goods that have been opened and are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons.
- Digital downloads or activated software.
- Gift cards.
6. Defective or incorrect items
If you receive a defective or incorrect Product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
7. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a Product for a different item, please request a return and place a new order.
